Sheer dolman-style sleeves with wide cuffs form the high waisted double-layered bodice with a deep v-neckline adorned with a fabric blossom and bow full of sweet sailor inspiration. Lined skirt is breezy and light, perfect for a scorching day out on the sea. Covered button cuffs and waistband with a back zipper.
